My name is Gerardo Suarez . I am a licensed attorney who alleges and believes that SPAMHAUS, its organization, its CEO and volunteers are engaged in RACKETEERING as defined under Title 18 of the United States Code Section 1961.

If you or your company has been damaged by the acts of SPAMHAUSE, I would like to hear from you.

I am interested in additional predicated acts of wrongdoings by SPAMHAUSE, their volunteers and of course their CEO. If your damages are real and if they were caused by acts of SPAMHAUSE, then I would like to include you in our action as additional predicated acts.

For everyone’s information, the case of e360 Insight, LLC, et al. v SPAMHAUSE is scheduled for trial on March 16, 2010 at 10:30 AM. , before the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division. The case number is 06?cv?03958.

We have a partial list of companies that have donated to SPAMHAUSE and it is my intent to take their depositions. If you have additional names and companies that have donated to Spamhause, please also contact me.

In order to make sure we have a complete list, If are aware of any companies or individuals that are currently supporting Spamhause please contact me so I can add them to my list.

This week I have meetings scheduled with the FBI and the SECRET SERVICE to determine what if any relationship Spamhause has with these agencies.

All evidence collected will be submitted to the United States Department of Justice in addition to our action in hopes that they will take further action.
