Eurosong contest is a scam

Last night the pre-final of the Song Contest was held in Finland. Of all the countries who had a change to go to the final only the Eastern European ones went through.

The aggregate is 22 wins for four countries or about 50% of the trophies. How come that was fair and square and this is not?
